Pricing & Add-ons

Additional fees include:

• If over 30 guesrts, additional OLCC servers per 25 guests are at $25 an hour

• All beer, wine, hard alcohol (not included)

• Personalized menu for 2 signature cocktails designed just for you

•  Handmade infused syrups, custom ice cubes, botanical sugars and salts

• Shopping for supplies and ingredients

• Kegs available upon request, additional deposit needed

• Glass barware  can accommodate for larger groups, as needed

• Trailer available on request, rates vary

  Private Parties by the Hour

Deposits and Fees:

1. Client is responsible to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% payment is due upon signing of

agreement to secure date.

2. The remaining balance is due on the event date.

3. Bartending services are agreed upon at $60 per hour, if over 30 guests, additional bar

server at $25 an hour. 3 hour minimum required.

4. A one-hour minimum fee applies to all event planning site visits including personalized menu and signature hand crafted cocktails.

5. Alcohol purchasing: Client pays for and owns ALL alcohol. A specific shopping list will be

provided to client for all alcoholic beverages that comply with the agreed upon signature

cocktails

6. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, Venmo, Credit Card ( 2.9 % service fee

applied)

7. Cancellations: 48 hour notice of cancellation required

Travel Bartending Services

1. Personalized menu for 2 signature cocktails

2. All barware and serve ware for beverages will be provided to accommodate menu

3. Will provide additional glassware from mix & mingle inventory to supplement glassware

provided by clients

4. mix & mingle LLC is fully insured and licensed with general and liquor liability insurance

5. Alcohol use: Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted to be served to anyone under the

age of 21. Anyone appearing to be intoxicated will not be served alcoholic beverages.
