$600 flat rate ~Private Parties & Corporate Events

Includes 3 hours of beverage service for up to 50 guests with one certified OLCC server.

What's Included:

• Full setup and breakdown (includes disposal of empty bottles)

• OLCC liquor license and liability insurance

• Travel bar cart and pop-up table with linens

• All bar tools and supplies

• Ice, coolers, napkins, and stirrers

• Disposable drinkware (upgrade to aluminum tumblers available)

• Self-serve water station

• A bespoke cocktail menu featuring three signature drinks created just for your event

• Handmade infused syrups, custom ice cubes, and botanical sugars and salts

• Printed, customized drink menu

• Drink quantities calculated for your guest count, plus a complete shopping list for alcohol

•   A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Optional Add-Ons & Extras:

• Alcohol not included. A custom shopping list will be provided, or we can purchase and deliver it for an additional fee

• Mixers and fresh ingredients. You'll receive a detailed list of juices, fruits, and garnishes — or we're happy to shop for those as well

• Additional OLCC server required for events over 50 guests (1 per 25 guests) — $25/hour

• Additional service time beyond 3 hours — $85/hour

• Keg service available with deposit and advance notice

• Glass barware available for larger events

• "Bar" Celona Trailer — $150 delivery fee. Our converted 1974 horse trailer adds a charming focal point and full-service bar experience to your event
